June's a Wrap

I feel like I blinked my eyes and missed June. What a busy and fun month. It started with a heat wave, drove us to Georgia for a wedding and wrapped up with some loved visitors and milestones for Laura.

We started June with VBS at our new church. We rocked The Big Adventure and are still singing the songs weeks later.
Who needs tea sets and baby dolls? Laura loves her brother's toys. She liked this one so much she pulled herself to sitting up for the first time so she could see it better.
We spent some fun time at the pool swimming and having picnics.

Couldn't resist this cute, little messy face. She added two new teeth to the mix this month, now we're at four.
Bath time just got easier! Hallelujuah!!! :)
The kids beloved Aunt Emmy came to visit.

Laura started to crawl. She is now everywhere and into everything. Fearless, this one.
And finally, good, old friends came through town for a visit. This is our goddaughter, Addie, with Laura. They were quite taken with each other. We had such a good time catching up and miss the days of living closer together.

All in all, June was great but felt over almost as soon as it started. I think a family wedding in the middle of the month definitely influenced the busy-ness of things but all the different moments coming together made it a very special month.
